Terms
Last updated 26 October 2026.
These terms cover uselinger.app, the offer pages you open by tapping or scanning a Linger card, and the Linger pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. By using them you agree to these terms.
Offers come from the brands
Each offer is made by the brand named on it, under that brand’s own terms, which are shown with the offer. The brand is responsible for honouring it. Offers can’t be exchanged for cash, are for one use unless they say otherwise, and end on the date shown.
Using Linger
- Linger is free for you to use. There is nothing to install.
- Use your own email address, and don’t try to collect offers by automated means.
- Offers from alcohol brands are for people aged 18 or over.
- You can remove your pass or unfollow a brand at any time, using the “Manage” link.
Your data
Our privacy notice explains what we collect and who we share it with.
Brands and organisers
Brands and show organisers who use Linger do so under a separate agreement with us.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Linger running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example when a venue has poor signal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for an offer a brand doesn’t honour, or for losses we couldn’t reasonably have foreseen.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
